Emotionally Healthy Spirituality will help you identify areas of your life that are unhealthy and are blocking you from having a transformative relationship with Jesus. This class if for anyone who feels like the chaos of your outer life is slowly hurting your inner life. This class will include some reading between classes and a willingness to invite the Holy Spirit to transform your inner life through the power of the Gospel.

There is homework that needs to be completed prior to week 1. You will receive an email containing the homework.

Note that this class requires approximately 1.5 hours of homework per week.
