Discovery Land/DL Awana First Time Visitor Form

Discovery Land has two dynamic ministries: Sunday Services (6 weeks-6th grade) and the Tuesday-night Awana Club (5k-6th Grade). By completing this form, your student will be able to attend on Sunday mornings each week and visit Awana as an occasional guest. If your student will attend Awana more than three times this school year, please complete the full Awana registration found on our website.

Instructions for this form:
To complete the first-time Visitor Form, please enter your own information to start, and then include all adults and children in your family under "Household Members". We would welcome you to contact us at discoveryland@aac.church (monitored Monday-Thursday) or stop by the Discovery Land check-in area for more information. We look forward to serving you soon!

GRADE SELECTION: For children younger than 3k, please leave grade blank. For children in 3k or 4k, please select "Preschool". For children in 5K or older, please select their current grade. If you're completing this form during the summer, please select the last grade your student completed.

For your child's safety, we ask that you acknowledge your understanding of the following information.

Occasionally our activities involve making or eating snacks. If your child has allergies, or you prefer that they not receive food, please ask a volunteer to help you indicate this information on your child's nametag. *

In Discovery Land (Sundays and Awana), all activities, including food stations, have an educational or ministry purpose. Ask any Discovery Land volunteer for more information.

Please note: in the event that your child needs a parent while they are in Discovery Land (Sundays or Awana), we will call/text the phone number of the adult on file. *
